Introducing a small spin off of the Adams Series! (pun intended)


I really like the concept....by the photography and compositing is light years harder and trickier. Lots of subtle changes and adjustments for lighting.



I'm only 80% happy with how this one came out, because I love the concept but I feel like the compositing couldve been slighty more convincing if I had planned better and worked a bit more in photoshop. More in this mini-series (no pun intended) are on the way.


The cereal box was inspired by my earlier work of "blow-me o's" --> [link]



I'm posting this to get some constructive feedback so i can improve in the future...so do it up, people.

The front Adam does look a little out of place. The one next to the cup, and the two in the bowl look fine. But I'm no expert =P

first, i have to say that i really like this one =)
but there's some stuff i have to complain about ;) (but hey i prolly couldn't do it any better.. but i just noticed things which you maybe could improve the next time)

[X] the box.. well putting some other label on a box isn't easy.. i tried that before and failed, but if you look close you'll notice that there are some spaces where the original label is visible.. you prolly could get rid of that problem if ya make the new label slightly bigger than the original one and then select the outlines of the original label (then invert selection) and well cut the parts of the new label away which don't fit in.

[X] you should make less use of the blur-tool, the upper finger of that hand you hold the box with looks pretty blurry.. maybe a smaller brush wouldbe your friend there...

[X] the one adam next to the cup, well theres some small empty space where "cup" schould be.. maybe another "too much blur" error?

:) i hope i didn't complain too much, i know how hard it is to put people from one picture into another.. and i really really like this piece of work =) :+fav:

Technically not as good as you do sometimes but conceptually its fab... do you just come up with these things naturally, or is there some sort of secret formula???................ where can i buy it?? :clap:
